Meet Stephanie

The first time I tried out assisted-stretching, I was hooked. I stretch on my own quite frequently, but I noticed a big difference right away in how much easier I was able to move immediately after. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, but now I want to share that passion to improve others' quality of life by helping others live and move as pain-free as possible!

I graduated from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in psychology. I realized there was much more to learn, so I went on to receive my master's in exercise science from Concordia University - St. Paul. I am also certified in nutrition coaching and neuromuscular stretching. To date, I have over 100 hours of hands-on experience stretching real clients.

I grew up playing volleyball and basketball, and now I stay active by running (anything from 5Ks to marathons), strength-training, walking or hiking on local trails, and occasionally biking. It was likely a combination of rehabilitating my own injuries and working for a local chiropractor throughout high school that led me to become interested in a more natural or conservative approach to not only recover from various injuries but to help prevent injuries as well.

I never dreamed that starting up a service like this could be a possibility for me! I always thought that once I was finished with school I would either work in a clinical setting or a fitness center as an exercise physiologist or personal trainer. I was completing my stretching training and I stretched some friends who told me I should “go on the road” with this concept as a traveling service. Now, here I am! So I’m starting out with assisted-stretching and my goal is to do virtual or in-person nutrition coaching and add on virtual or in-person personal training services in the future!

I have always gravitated towards living a healthy lifestyle, and I love helping others discover that even seemingly small changes can add up and make a big difference in their lives. I would love to be the one to help you achieve a better quality of life through improved fitness and flexibility!
